Winsor Shores.

This .44 acre property is just over the Cohasset line adjacent to Straits Pond in Hull. Purchased in November 2005 for a token amount, it was effectively donated to the CCT by the Straits Pond Land Trust, which was controlled by the Winsor family. The CR is held by the Weir River Watershed Association. Straits Pond connects to the Weir River watershed via a culvert under Hull Street at West Corner.

There is a granite bench on the property dedicated to Marion and Paul Winsor, parents of the donors.

A local Boy Scout plans to erect a kiosk with information on the Straits Pond watershed as part of an Eagle Scout project.

In 2008 CCT properties were showcased on the popular local cable show, 'Our Town'
